Credit Policy
eMOTIVE MEDIA reserves the rights to issue credits a maximum of 30 days from the invoice date. UNLESS further terms & policies declared on its own web site or invoice, all eMOTIVE MEDIA websites and online services inherit the contents of this page. For new orders clients may cancel their order at no cost within 30 days. For established clients, you must cancel your services in writing prior to the renewal deadline at the end of term. Failure to do so will result in the renewal of your listing for the following term.
Term and Renewal
The initial term of this agreement shall be for six (6) months from the effective date. This agreement shall automatically renew for successive six (6) month periods unless terminated by either party with thirty (30) days' written notice prior to the end of the then-current term.
Payment Terms
The Client agrees to pay the Provider for the services rendered within thirty (30) days of receipt of an invoice. Invoices will be issued on a monthly basis. Failure to make timely payments may result in additional fees, or suspension of services.
Legal disclaimers
Seller hereby expressly disclaims all warranties either expressed or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This disclaimer by the seller in no way affects the terms of the manufacturer's warranty, if any. Title to goods herein being purchased is retained by the seller until goods are paid for by the purchaser and at that time title passes to the purchaser. If goods herein being purchased are being purchased for purposes of export, purchaser must obtain from the federal government certain export documentation before shipping to a foreign country. In addition, manufacturers?warranties for exported goods may vary or even be null and void. If you have questions, please inquire. Any and all liability is only for the products purchased.
Access and Interference
eMOTIVE MEDIA expressly prohibits: Any non-personal or commercial use of any robot, spider, other automatic device, or manual process to monitor or copy eMOTIVE MEDIA Web pages or the content contained herein without prior written permission by eMOTIVE MEDIA; Collection or use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices, from the eMOTIVE MEDIA Website for the benefit of another merchant that supplies products competitive with or comparable to those offered on the eMOTIVE MEDIA Website; and, Any use of, visits to, or other action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the eMOTIVE MEDIA Website, or otherwise interferes with the proper and timely functioning of the eMOTIVE MEDIA Website.
Important note
If the terms and conditions stated on your purchase differ from those stated on our invoice, and you do not notify eMOTIVE MEDIA of such within 15 days, it shall signify your acceptance of our original terms as stated on our invoice.
Pricing disclaimer
All pricing and listing duration terms subject to change upon renewal. For all prices, products and offers, eMOTIVE MEDIA reserves the right to make adjustments due to changing market conditions, product discontinuation, manufacturer price changes, errors in advertisements and other extenuating circumstances.
