Richelieu is a town in the regional county municipality of Rouville in Quebec (Canada), located in the administrative region of Montérégie. Its name comes from the fact that it is stuck on the Richelieu River. It is crossed by Route 112, Highway 10 and Chemin des Patriotes. It is populated by 5,236 inhabitants in 2016. It defines itself as "A city for the family".
