The MRC de La Jacques-Cartier is in charge of the planning and sustainable development of its territory. It assumes a role of unifier, planner and coordinator with its constituent municipalities in order to provide them and their citizens with quality services that have enabled harmonious social, cultural, environmental and economic progress.
