The SHL celebrates its 75th anniversary, at the same time as Alma celebrates its 150th anniversary. The same year, the SHL received the Medal of the National Assembly of Quebec from the hands of MNA Alexandre Cloutier and the non-profit organization award at the gala of the Lac-Saint-Jean-Est Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
